Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.
Right now, one in five adults in the United States takes five or more prescription drugs daily. 80% of Americans don’t get adequate exercise. Processed foods make up almost 70% of the typical American diet. Only one in eight American adults are metabolically healthy. And all this makes us easy prey for disease and infection.
Pregnancy-related deaths have steadily increased in our country over the last 30 years. Black women are 3-4x more likely to die during childbirth or from pregnancy-related causes than white women. And a global pandemic has left parents isolated and with more responsibilities than ever.
It. Is. Time. For. Change.
Just as change happens from the inside out, the capacity to heal your body is within you. As a chiropractor, I am trained to work alongside this power, to listen to your body, and to help you sort through the messages it sends. I have seen over and over the changed person getting off the chiropractic table – the one with less noise, more energy, and physiologic balance.
I believe in root-cause medicine, in the rhythms of Mother Earth, in honoring your body and its natural rhythms, and the importance of partnering with other healthcare providers – both allopathic and holistic – to provide care for the whole you. I believe in community, that it takes a village, and I welcome you into mine with open arms and an open heart.
This is your invitation to the wholesome life you deserve.

ABOUT DR. NICOLE VALIO SNOW, DC
A Chicago native with a background in competitive cheerleading, Dr. Nicole developed a deep appreciation for the potential of the human body at a young age. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Determined to make a difference in the world by helping others, she ventured west for her chiropractic studies. She graduated from the University of Western States in Portland with her Doctor of Chiropractic and concurrently earned a Master’s in Sports Medicine, where she worked with high school and college athletes.
When she is not with patients, you’ll find her in the yoga studio, on a run, or spending time outdoors with her partner, son and five (yes, five!) dogs.
