Please bring your current medical insurance card with you to your first appointment, and continue to update us whenever your coverage changes in any way.
We can submit claims on your behalf as an in-network/ preferred provider to the following insurance companies:

All auto insurance companies
Washington Department of Labor and Industries (for work-related injuries)
We can provide superbills to you as an out-of-network provider for the following insurance companies:
Do you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or standard Flexible Spending Account (FSA)? Many can be used at our office!
Keep in mind, estimates are just estimates and may not accurately reflect what your insurance company pays. Ultimately, we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company, and you are responsible for any charges incurred. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to educate yourself on your particular plan and benefits.
No insurance? No problem! We would be happy to offer you a time of service discount for all treatments paid for on the day of service.
